Inside the conversation

Three questions first, then the conversation

The station asks a few things about you, what has been on your mind lately, and how you want to be spoken to. Then the conversation starts. It remembers what you said earlier in the session, and you can speak instead of typing.

You said it gets worse in the evening. What does the evening usually look like?
Everyone's asleep and I'm just sitting there thinking about the day.
So that is the first quiet time you get all day. Does the thinking show up every night, or only some?
Still listening. Take your time.

Not every conversation needs the same voice

The station suggests a counselor character from your answers. You can change it before you begin.

MINDENNA DESK

A seated station for a more focused wellbeing session. It measures the visitor before and after the session so the two moments can be compared.

  • A camera reads your pulse from your face. A headband reads your brainwaves.
  • Healing content picked from your session: waves, forest, campfire, night sky.
  • A result report comparing HRV, relaxation and alpha/theta balance before and after.

A small next step

One action, chosen for that day

Each report ends with one manageable thing to try. The suggestion reflects the conversation, without turning the page into a checklist.

Taking 3 deep, slow breaths
Telling myself "good job today"
Drinking a warm cup of tea or water
Looking at the sky for 1 minute
Taking a short 10-minute walk

Built for shared spaces

Risk screening

Every message is checked before a reply is generated. Sessions that raise concern are flagged to the operator, with the relevant helplines attached.

Languages

The visitor picks a language on the first screen. The interface, the counselor and the printed report all use it.

Encryption

Names and message text are encrypted in the database. Nothing a visitor typed is readable from a raw copy of it.

Prompts in the console

Counselor prompts are stored as data, not in the code. Operators edit them in the console without a deploy.

Remote and keyboard

Every screen can be operated with a remote or keyboard, for visitors who cannot use a touchscreen.

Operator dashboard

Sessions, alerts and usage in one place. Each operator account only sees its own sites.
